Recipe- Instant Pot Linguine With White Clam Sauce

 


Morning!

It's been a minute since I've shared a favorite recipe on here (due to the majority of my cookbooks having been in storage amidst the move), but this one that I tried for the first time the other day was so good that I just have to share!

I'm definitely not a food photographer and I mistakenly took this pic after I had already started to eat so it's a tad messy, but ahh...it was so good!


This recipe comes from my favorite Instant Pot Guru- Jeffrey aka Pressure Luck Cooking (on social media). Since I actually found this one online, I'm going to just let the screenshots do the talking, but let me know if the format is hard for you to see once published.


*I also added frozen spinach since we happened to have it in the freezer and I wanted to add some kind of veggie.

*We doubled the recipe and used spaghetti instead since our store was out of g-free fettucine or linguine, but we still could have doubled it again to have more leftovers. Shane and I both loved this one so much!
