Recipe- Sausage Souffle Breakfast Casserole

The recipe this week is one my mom has always made for holidays and special events. It's a breakfast casserole that is delish! It's super simple too.

Here it is:

Sausage Souffle

(From: One of Cher's Cookbooks)

Ingredients:
-1 lb. mild sausage
-6 eggs
-2 cups milk
-2 slices white bread, cubed 
-1 tsp. dry mustard
-1 tsp. salt
-1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

-Brown sausage; drain well.

-Beat eggs, add other ingredients.

-Put in 8-inch square glass baking dish overnight in refrigerator.

-Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

This should serve 6.
